Either delete the last few layers of code or stop the print before it starts bridging the top, or cut off the solid layers after the print. With Slic3r 9.4 you can choose how many top solid layers you want. You want 0. I have also uploaded a shelled out (hollow opened topped) version of the vase with a 1mm wall thickness in case you prefer to programme that one instead. Two Hi-Res stls also uploaded due to the quality of your prints being too good.
