This is a small blocker for the LED light on the Ormerod hot bed. After an injury left me sensitive to optic nerve migraines I block LED light sources such as on the hot bed indicator. To install simply remove the second nut under the hot bed middle bolt. The flange is slotted so does not need to be fitted around the screw and takes the place of the removed nut. Replace the lowest nut to secure the bed. I added the words HOT and ON which are seen when the unit is heating. The words are slightly too large for the light source, but the main purpose is to block off the light while still allowing enough light to be easily seen to pass. There is also some play as the piece is made slightly loose fitting but it does the intended function well enough.
