Here is a simple untested (hope to tomorrow) design of a simple semi-circular Pillow Block for the PTFE tube to lean against on Big Blue. The idea of the block is to try to change the levering moment that the PTFE tube exerts on Big Blue when the feeder is feeding particularly at high X movements. The Pillow Block is a 13mm semi-circular section that I hope to attach to Big Blue with a double sided sticky pad. I'm also hoping that the Pillow will help stiffen the tube slightly and reduce the spring when the feeder feeds after a retract.
