I saw AndyGadget's The Orange Screamer - A wide-area annoyance device but didn't like that his had to be glued together. I took his sketchup files and modified them so that the parts would snap together. This is advantageous as you can test it, take it apart and keep sanding and adjusting until you get the desired sound. Step 1: Download Files, individual or use the plate Step 2: Slice files (20% infill)(Use brim if parts don't stick well) Step 3: Print Parts Step 4: Run a Drill through the rotor by hand to remove any rough edges Step 5: Sand Lid and Body if parts are rough Step 6: Put rotor on spindle Step 7: Using Light Oil, oil the spindle/rotor. Step 8: Snap the Lid onto the body Step 9: Blow into the rectangular opening Step 10: Annoy everyone in sight Enjoy
