As for the file, the walls are the thinnest possible (0.4mm), so the lighting effect is at its best. Use transparent (colourless) PLA or at least translucent colours (light blue or lemon yellow work very fine as well). When using it, first light the candle and then put it gently into the cup (to prevent wall damage by flickering or while using matches or lighter if the candle is alredy inside). And be creative by inserting small pieces of PLA of several coulours into the bowden tube - this will give you "rainbow patterns" on the candleholder!
