There is a risk that a twisting force will break your booms on inpact. To minimize boom breakage, use the mechanical fuse version (MF) Buy the original Tricopter and carbon landing gear from http://www.RCExplorer.seFront landing gear and motor mounts are attached to 10 mm square carbon fiber booms with M3x18 hex bolts. Rear landing gear is clicked on and secured with a zip tie. For low impact on your booms, use the Mechanical Fuse versions (MF) Glue the top and bottom parts with CA to create a "weak" spot.
