An universal filament spool holder for 0.75 to 3 kg spools and different sizes. Choose your required size by the lenght of 9 similar thread bars or threaded aluminium rods. Several printed spool holder are used at home and in a FabLab in Germany.

2 printed parts left edge
2 printed parts right edge
2 printed parts top edge
8 pcs or (9) M8 threaded bar, 200 - 300 mm lenght
5 pcs M8 locknut
5 pcs M8 nut
1 pcs hot glue stick
Print the corner connection parts with 10-15% infill and and >0.8mm outside layers in PLA or ABS. Every part with counterpart (2x).
Cut the 9 thread bars all about the same lenght or use 8 threaded bars and one aluminium bar or tube with 8mm outside diameter and thread both ends in 20mm lenght. Use hot glue to fix the ground bars to the printed tubes or scale all prints to 0.98.
