Provincetown MA - Not amazing features like a volcano but it sure gives you an idea of how close to sea-level the Cape is. This is constructed using 1 arcsecond resolution SRTM data from the Space Shuttle. This is using a new and, as yet, unreleased version of SRTM2STL. The source code for creating files at 3 arcsecond resolution is available up on github under the GNU license. Go to github and search for SRTM2STL. I hope to release the new software as soon as I get any kinks out.You may want to print this to be relatively small. I get warping using PLA and it gets bad when I try to print Raised Relief Maps that are big. I have had 'some' success with big maps. If you have a way to control warping you may also have better luck with big maps.
