If you haven't seen how to cut eyes in toilet paper tubes and insert glow sticks to illuminate them for 'spooky eyes', Google it. Now, print your end caps for easy assembly and hanging.Cut various 'spooky' eyes in TP roll tubes. Print end caps, preferably black. (i print my very light, 0 extra shells / 3% infill) Insert glow stick to each tube. Attach end cap by aligning TP tube and twisting slightly. (being sure to align the holes for string) Perhaps a bit of tape to secure the caps. Attach string to holes, tie to tree/bush/rail/etc Additional idea: turn fan toward them, to make them move slightly.
