I bought a stand with built in fans to cool the bottom of my laptop and was amazed to find this cheap (£8)but reasonably well designed (for china) model had huge towering end stops to stop the laptop sliding forward. So large that they stick out way above the laptop and cut your wrists. Using my macbook pro makes me suicidal enough already without giving me the tools to finish the job, so I printed off some smaller feet designed not to stick over the top.
They are large enough to probably hold any reasonably modern laptop in place.
The model of the stand is YL339A
I have included a pic of the stand, and one showing the standard stop on the right and this slimline one on the left (in white). I stuck a bit of foam on the side that contacts the actual laptop.
I was in a rush so printed 0.4mm layers, 2 shells in PLA. Took 10 minutes each. Let me know if you print one or it is useful.
