This is something a just threw together to hold a Reprapdiscount style LCD in a printed enclosure to the front of a typeamachines style Series 1 printer. Print in PLA on its side (may work with ABS but could split). The piece that fits over the edge of the printer fits snuggly and holds it in place. I also put two rubber feet on the bottom of the LCD enclosure just to each side of the holder to keep the enclosure from sliding out.
