This is a printable version of the Lathe turned adapter shown in the photo. This one though includes a captive nut channel to make it easier to fit the bowden tube. I originally set off to use rusty spoons clamp pair for my Huxley build. The one for the Huxley carriage was great but the one for the Wade extruder used up the mounting holes that I wanted to use for mounting the extruder assembly.The scad script has parameters in the top so that the dimensions can be tweaked for different Bowden tube diameters and nut sizes. The design as presented is for the GRRRF Bowden Tube having an OD of 5mm and uses an M5 nut to grip the tube. The scad script has parameters in the top to make adapters to fit any combination of dimensions.
