A remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:145073 ; i just made the Holes for the SD-cards ~1mm bigger in X and Y and slightly deeper in Z direction. Tested on my old lenovo x200s thinkpad, works like a charm. printed in yellow pla with .2 layer height, .5 nozzle 60mm/s and 15% infill. unfortunately my black pla is empty^^ was a bit tight at the beginning, but after smoothening the edges a bit, it fits like it should. edit: Depending on the exact construction of your express-card-caging your micro-sd-cards might be lost inside your notebook. i will release a V2 soon, which should eliminate this deficit.
