I can't give you more space unfortunately as it would compromise the strength of the part. Right now, it still has 3 strong edges to support the wafer thin top and bottom. I recommend using the original one without the screw. -UPDATE- Printed and added pics to verify it all prints.Print out the 2x parts on the plate, once your PCB has been fitted you can carefully glue the top cap over the rest. If it fits. Omitting the top cap will give you a total of 3.4mm of clearance for your PCB. 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, 2 perimeters.
