EDIT... I also just added a new file CTC1, this is a remix of a front panel that IAmOrion mixed from some of my parts as well. It's a lot nicer but requires some modding and drilling if you want to install one of these. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1421650I couldn't stand having to get the right viewing angle on this printer so i made a mount for the LCD to angle it out. I used the front bezel from another item on Thingiverse and made new sides and a bottom. The bottom just gets glued on after assembly. Remove the display from the printer, install captive nuts in the slots on the sides, install the sides to the printer using the original display mounting holes and the original hardware. You will need four additional M3 nuts and four M3x20mm screws, maybe a bit shorter but thats what i had. Rest the LCD onto the sides and then put on the front bezel, install the longer screws through the front bezel and LCD into the captive nuts. Finally just glue the bottom on, i used a little bit of superglue on the edges and just pressed on the bottom and held it for a bit to set up. I thought about captive nuts and screws for installing the bottom, maybe in a later revision, this way was fast and easy to print and install. There is quite a few good covers for the hole that is left where the display was inside in the bottom of the printer, i'm working on making one though. EDIT- Just added a nice little cap to fill in the hole. Had to be tall enough to clear the nuts and washers for mounting the display enclosure so its a little taller than i had hoped but the fit is good and it keeps stuff from falling through!
