Update: I just added files for the Charge (because I just got a new Charge). I have addressed the scaling issues for the Charge version so that the file is 1:1. The Charge is thicker and a little wider. I liked the holster CaptCanadaMan http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:539761 did but I wanted less sharp corners. I looked at the link to the orignial design but couldn't do anything with the 3ds file. So, I rolled my own from scratch. I included Solidworks 2015 part file and an IGS file. I made the model pretty tight so the STL file is scaled up by 5%. It fits perfectly. I am not sure where this error came from. I put my knife on a copy machine and made an image of it. I then scaled it and made drawings based on the scaled image in solidworks. Anyway, when I was done and measured the width, I was off a little. This model has a pocket on each side on the inside that captures the spring loaded lock release bar for the tools. That is what holds the tool in the holder. But I gave that pocket a very gentle fillet so the tool slides out effortlessly. I am shocked at how well that aspect turned out. I printed my model in ABS and then did an Acetone vapor bath on it to smooth it out. Support is required. I used ABS, Simplify3D and about 35% support, if I recall. I printed the holster with 50% infil at 270 deg C. I have found that printing ABS really hot makes very strong parts but there isn't any reason you would have to do that. A down side of printing that hot is that infil Simplify3D generates that normally would come off easily, doesn't. I had to work at it to get this stuff to come off. I also manually placed support in the belt loop area so it wasn't so dense. I gave it an Acetone vapor bath afterwards and I think that makes the part stronger as well. Anyway, I don't think my print is going to break - ever. If you have a dual extruder and use HIPS for your support, it should come out fine.
