Initial iteration: Fan and climate control knobs and levers for 1985 Vanagon VW P/N: 251-259-371D : Plastic Control Lever (4 per car) VW P/N: 251-959-513: Plastic Control Knob to select fan speed in front and rear of vehicle. (2 per car) These parts are tested. They are a bit snug and required using a fair bit of force to install. However, once installed they feel quite good and sturdy. I don't think the 'sliding' action, parallel to the length of the vehicle, is working correctly. They are too stiff and I think a bit more clearance is needed around where these attach to the metal lever inside the control unit. Truly the only consequence is that the levers stick out kind of far when in the middle setting.Used Inventor to draw, and a Stratasys machine to print. I'm a fan of open-source, but my place of work has this sweet-assed machine, so I thought I'd use it. One can use a simpler machine with some mods/reorientation/and some thought to the file. 178 micron layer resolution 100% fill ABS
