This is the carriage for a personalised Mendel90 currently under construction. The smaller carriage will accept a multi-material bowden extruder or perhaps a smaller direct drive.The flexors connecting to the third bearing mount are shorter than they should be. But remodelling has been postponed until I learn openSCAD. Meanwhile the corresponding 40mm fan duct is on the drawing board and will be published soon.The carriage is designed to accept LM8UU bearings, GT2 and T5 timing belts.UPDATE: A trapped nut pocket (for the belt tensioner) is in the wrong place. If you still want to make use of the carriage, I recommend using a soldering Iron to melt a nut into the wall at the right place on the part. I will correct the file as soon as I can.UPDATE 29/03/13: Trapped nut now on the correct side. Third mounting bolt socket included (consider it's position above the X axis bars when installing). A version for T5 timing belts has also been added.
