For those with taps like mine (28mm OD), although hopefully less leaky and in a slightly more finished bathroom here is my version of the tap fountain. This is the v2 which is untested, the v1 was close enough so I heated it with a lighter to open the output hole a bit and adjust the input for a decent fit on the tap. This is the blindly adjusted version, please let me know if it needs further adjustment, I am happy to do so. It isnt perfect but lets face it, the only time that re-hydration is really so important that a glass is just not possible is when you are uber-hungover. Do not underestimate the pressure from your tap, turn it on slowly or you will get a 3d printed hollow eye and a very wet ceiling. I may weaponise this thing later. If demand allows !!!!!!
