This thing is an advanced version of my first attempt of a fan shroud for the Simple Makers Edition. It is made to blow air onto the freshly printed material from all sides. Mounts to the original setup without alteration. The heater block is assumed to be mounted with the heater cartridge between the nozzle and the fan (picture will be added for reference).Prints without support, but the arch will probably require minor cleanup afterwards. Just make sure to use adequate minimum time per layer to prevent warping. I'd advise a high temperature material like PET or XT due to the proximity to the heater block, but I've also had good results with a PLA part covered in aluminised ducting tape.
