Since the X carriage hides the top portion on any hotend on the Makerfarm i3/i3v, cooling a small hotend (like J-head MkV or Aluhotend) can be difficult, since most fan ducts are too large and get too close to the heating block. This fan duct/mount has a slight inclination, so it will no t come too close to the heating block. The SCAD model is parametric, so you should easily be able to configure the fan duct to your needs. By default it is configured to use a 25mm fan, but can easily be changed to accomodate larger fans.I printed my fan duct using 2 perimeters and 30% infill.
