So, your Printer messed up your cartridge? No problem: Just print a new filament outlet yourself. Cut the cartridge outlet flush and replace it with your new part. This is the Version to glue on with some instant adhesive. I´m working on a version without glueing at all. EDIT: For a glue-free Version, I highly recommend you my refillable cartridge with exchangable beaks... http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:718225My prescious ZIM totally messed up my cartridges due a way-too-hard spring. So I thought: What do I have a 3D Printer for, if I can´t make my own spareparts? That was an easy one... Just open the cartridge and remove the filament and the small O-ring. Then, reassemble the empty cartridge and cut off the whole outlet flush to the case. Open the cartridge again and reinsert the O-ring and the filament. Pull the filament through the new outlet and position the new outlet. Test the filament to go freely before securing the new part with a drop of instant-glue. UPDATE 1: I just added a second model "EZ-Print" optimized for easier printing by removing all those unnecessary slots.
