This is a continuation of the previous Ultirouter design, this time with bigger sized axis, room for limit switches, a hinged lid and probably still some bugs hidden in it. But this design seems buildable. All the stuff is in the zip file, a rhino3d file (yes I know, not really the best for precise 2d CAD). Most layers have been exported to separate dxf files that are each for a different operation. The file has already been laid out for 5 and 3mm end mill bits (so a bit more work for USians). Make sure you have fixed your parts to the bed before the last operation witch cuts loose all parts. Assembly is a matter of trying things until they fit and convincing with a rubber mallet.
