Here is a MK2 version of my Wanhao D5S fan housing. NOTE THERE ARE NOW 2 VERSIONS AVAILABLE. 29mm & 32mm THIS IS THE DIMENSION FROM CTR OF THE NOZZLE TO THE MOUNTING SCREWS. MEASURE FIRST AND PICK THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU. (Thanks to ElBertie for supplying the info for the 32mm version) This is more compact than the MK1 version and will not foul the side frame at the rear left corner. This fan housing centralizes the air flow at the nozzle rather than being offset like the standard Wanhao one. This also stops the temp drop as the fan kicks in so no need to insulate the hot end. I printed this on my Wanhao D5S Mini with the following settings 100% infill 2 outer shells of 0.4mm No supports Custom marlin firmware. Simplify3d custom settings 0.2mm Layer height med quality settings Time to print 114 mins Should print fine at 50% infill like the MK1
