This is a refined, fatter version of the storage-handle screwdriver I did previously. Works well with the magnetic shaft, like included with this bit set or something similar that often comes with a cordless drill set; this gives you a screwdrier with a handle for better control and portability than an electric drill. It supports use of a 3/16" cylindrical magnet to keep the chuck stored in the handle or locked in position. It feels good in your hand! Drop me a note for questions or comments. I made it on my lightly modified Makerbot Replicator 2: 245C extruder temp, .3mm layer height, standard movement, raft, 75% fill, with a heated bed at 45C. I had a little bit of trouble with the print separating from the raft, so I paused at about four layers and painted the interface with slurry. It came out nice. Use a 3/16" cylinder magnet to keep your chuck in place. To insert the magnet, just stick the flat side, centered on your chuck and press it in from the "use" side (not the storage handle side). You may need to work the excess printed material out a little to get it sliding in and out cleanly; the magnet should be what holds it in place. The handle recess is 5mm longer than the chuck shown; the idea here is that you smack it briskly against your palm to dislodge it; it works for me.
