This is a safety razor blade bank. You put your old blades into this box for safe disposal. This is one solid piece of pla. The top is curved to allow it to be printed without the use of supports, keeping the interior hollow for the used blades. As such, there is no assembly required, simply print and use. All walls are 4mm thick and the end result is very sturdy. I printed on a replicator 2 using PLA with 25% infill at makerware's "high" profile presets (0.1mm layer height). I picked the higher res since the smaller steps and slower process may help the top correctly form without it caving in. It has worked well. A larger layer height may or may not work, I have not tried it personally. And again, feel free to use rafts, but DO NOT use supports.
