These box designs are GREAT from DrMoribus. I modified them so they do not need a pin. Supported ships: Depending on your material and settings, the hinges may need a little clean up before assembling. I have not had this design break yet, but I know it easily could during assembly. I trim down the nubs on the cover hinges a little before trying to put them together, and make sure that there is no drooping plastic making the hinge tabs on the box any wider than they should be. As in the original design, the clasp tab needs to be sanded/filed/scraped down a little bit. For a looser fit, file down the tab on the lid inside and the upper part of the catch on the box itself to your taste.
