These are the files for those of you who wish to have a leg up on the fancy new printrbot LC v2. I have included the design inside of the P2 inkscape template that ponoko requires. As you will see one of the layouts has 2 tables on them so that you can go ahead and make a second at the same time just in case. IMPORTANT: in order to use this it will require longer rods for the y-axis, approximately 2 inches longer than the standard ones that are sent with it. it is essentially the same thing just extended and holes made for the V2 bed leveler that i had. if you have the regular bed leveling kit, then you can still use this, but you will need to drill another hole for the center adjusting nut (sorry) Updates are going to happen! (UPDATE BELOW) If you attempt to open it, you may not see anything, that is because the lines are .01 mm as per the ponoko instructions, the pictures show wider lines so you can get an idea. Update! I got the part in the mail and it works great, i tweaked the distances for the bed leveler in the files, as i had to drill them, but other that that go for it! Fortunately i was able to use the same belt from when i got the bot, but if you ever cut that, you may need a new one. I ordered it made out of 5mm birch veneer, as they didn't have straight birch plywood,but it looks just like it. Only difference is the thickness, the printrbot plywood is 6mm. As you can see in the image the heated bed isn't there. I plan to use the same heated bed, but put a 6x8 aluminum plate above it, i will probably put up a thing that holds this on. Feel free to leave a comment or concern, if i can help i will. Happy printing! Also due to the properties of wood, you may consider adding braces to counteract warping. I plan to use a bit of angle aluminum for this as a wise man recommended somewhere here on thingiverse(sorry i couldn't find the location, if you know who, comment so i can properly reference them. cost: 14 dollars to purchase the material and make the part with ponoko, my shipping was 11 dollars though. Still worth it!
