Locking nuts in the arm and wrist will help you a lot. Fix the arm in the fan or in the tip, choose the best option for you. You can print more arms and wrist as you need. In my case the fan holes have 3.75mm, I used a 4mm drill to adjust, you can use a 3mm screw. New version: I added a tube for vertical and/or horizontal align, small and simple, no extra arm/wrist.
