Print this kit and attach the parts 1/2 aluminum tubing for an awesome blowgun!! All of the parts were printed out of Ninjaflex. The mouth piece and the tip could be printed out of PLA or ABS. The pellet holder and pellets should be printed out of Ninjaflex or similar material. The pellet design of the darts make it very fast and accurate. They work great with or without sharp tips.The mouthpiece is pretty straight forward, just print it out of whatever material you like. I choose black Ninjaflex. The darts should be made out of Ninjaflex or another flexible material so the tail of the pellets can grip enough of the barrel to not fall out, but not so much that they are hard to blow. Getting a perfect fit is the tough part. My setup: Flashforge Creator X Ninjaflex - Lava color, so they are easy to find. I find that for my printer, the Ninjaflex needs to be set at about 1.35 extrusion rate, which is a bit higher than most other filaments. Bed temp: 40 deg C. Extruder temp: 232 deg C. 3 Walls 30% Infill (I use 0% infill on the pellets) 30 mm/s print speed. Build plate fan on Pellets scaled to 1.002% (This is the number to play with when adjusting the fit to the barrel.) I used nail gun finishing nails on some of mine. Just push them through the dart, from the bottom and super glue them in. They also fly great without the sharp tips. *Note: I can only get good prints by printing two pellets at a time. . The good news is that they only take about 20 mins to print. I just print them while I work. You can finish the tube by covering it with black or camo duct tape for a nice looking finish.
