For each one of your sins, we've prepared an agonizing and ironic punishment! Beelzebot, The Robot Devil. Here's Beezlebot:) I'll give some tips for printing that helped me. First, I found that due to the small size of the parts, it's important to use a high quality filament, one that sticks to itself well, and not brittle. The model prints with no support in the positions I've uploaded. The tradeoff for this is there are flat spots in some areas where they touch the print bed. If you rotate them, I found they don't print as strong. I had to think of them as being made out of wood and tried to get the print head to run with the form and make the pieces the strongest they could be. I've used the naming convention of adding a number after to show how many pieces of that particular part needs to be printed. The links (link21) are tight and if there is a problem, try running an Exacto around the inside of the cup gently and see if they snap together easier-it is wise to print a few spares. They were made this way to be true to the cartoon and still be articulated. The teeth and the neck of the violin need to be glued in place. The horns can be glued as well, there is not a lot of meat on the clips. The mouth uses detents cut into the head for an open or closed position. The tail can be made two ways. You can print out whip tail and be finished or use tailpt and add a small wire for the tail section to make it poseable. Foota uses ankles. Footb uses links. If you go with footb, you do not need to print ankles. I tried to stay true to the cartoon, so I gave you the option of which one you want to use. Foota has more mobility at the cost of not being true to the cartoon. Firstlink is what you will use where the limbs attach to the body, 2 at the shoulders, and 2 at the hips. Necklink attaches to one link21 and connects the head to the body. Fryhands are broken into 2 models, fryhanda and fryhandb. Each of these have a left and right. The difference between them is one has a cuff. Linkspinetorso attaches to spineshortorso and connects the pelvis to the body. I used 4 of link21 for each arm,6 of link21 for each leg(with footb), and the last link is used for the neck assembly. If there is any confusion, check out the photo or leave me a comment.
