It is just yet another shelf we designed - this time for an open space. It was designed by our OpenSCAD generator framework. Both the used Java source and the OpenSCAD result is there to download. You can read - a little bit - more about the shelf on our page.The ready stl files are for 6.6mm plexiglas - if you have different size you need to adjust it in the ClosedShelf.java with the PLEXI_THICK value. After you've adjusted the thickness you have to print the two sides. Then cut two pieces of acrylic glass - one for the front and one for the bottom - put it together and drill it on the wall. To make it easier to know what the result is the assembled version is also included as an OpenSCAD file.
