(I'll add the openscad files when I get around to adding the licensing stuff at the top.) The whiskers can be printed then cut to fit. All this can be built on the printrbot simple metal. The motors I used were the gear motors from solarbotics. https://solarbotics.com/product/gm2/ The brain is a Arduino pro mini https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11113 If I had to do it again I would make a printed circuit board to make the connections - as there were a lot of wires. I used an h-bridge part to drive the motors from the Arduino https://www.sparkfun.com/products/315 While I did add solar sensors to detect light - it made the robot be have poorly (having it bump into things made it behave better - no more going in circles and more exploring)Note - let the robot base cool down on a heated bed before you attempt to pull it off or you'll bend the base. All the hardware is M3 screws of various needed lengths I got at home depot. I used hot glue for mounting the other things.
