I recently added a Festool Midi Dust Collector / Shop Vac to my shop, replacing the Shop Vac that has been irritating me for almost 30 years. I really didn't want to pay an additional $90 for a set of attachments, so designed the attachments shown here. One is a crevice tool, the other a narrow floor or surface sweep. September 18, 2015 Added an adapter to adapt from the Festool hose to an Akeda dovetail jig shop vacuum attachment. This should provide a friction fit to the Akeda, but if it is too loose, it can be held on with duct tape.
