I normally drill a nozzle by setting it up on some form of holder in a drill press and carefully adjusting the position, repeatedly inspecting from two positions at right angles to each other. As I have a lot of nozzles to drill, I felt the need for some visual aid which would allow both views to be seen simultaneously. Fortunately 3D printing let me build a device very quickly - and the ready availability of cheap USB microscopes didn't hurt at all. Pictures included show the device in use and a view on a 0.3mm nozzle being drilled. The video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAD2t55Z7XI&feature=youtu.be shows the drill bit being moved first only in X and then in Y before drillingPrint mirror holders and clamp at 100%, body with 3 shells and 25% infill. The screw holes were intended to take brass inserts but 4mm PVC tubing can be superglued in. Mirrors were cut from 3mm mirror glass
