This is a a simple remix of ChicagoRobot's design. I have removed his holes for a separate male connector and power switch. Instead I have replaced them with a single hole for a connector / power switch combo as shown in the image. The exact unit can be found on amazon here: http://goo.gl/mRjCUy.Depending on your printer's tolerance the hole may require a little bit of filing before you can make a snug fit. The tabs with the screw holes do hang off a tiny bit, but when the power supply is mounted vertically on your printer and the switch is on the bottom, you can't even see it.
