Fan runs all the time, cooling the hotend and print bed at the same time. Some warping occurs because the initial layers of the print area are cooled. Version 2 (V2) is a 3 fan solution. It uses a 40mm fan to cool the hexagon hotend, while two smaller (either 30mm or 25mm) fans cool the print area. The 40mm fan can run 100% of the time while the two smaller fans can cool the print area. This allows the small fans to be controlled by your gcode making sure you get the best prints.
