dive planes are most used in race cars (such as Gt cars,single seater....) Dive planes are there to give extra downforce where needed, as the rear end of the car is mostly fixed with a wing to get there downforce,on the front one of the car helps to get downforce to avoid understeer at high speed cornering. this is just a "raw" design of it,not for actual use,what you do,is up to you (on the pre-shot,the item is upside down.....) scale it to fit your needs
