Instead of pivoting your dremel to meet the bolt, use these brackets to attach your tool to The little bolt hobbit allowing you to slide your dremel directly up and down to meet the bolt. It should make it easier to line up your cutting wheel to the center of the bolt, and in theory, make a slightly thinner cut. Modify the settings in the scad file to match your dremel holding mount's bolt spacing and you can customize the overall length, width and the channel width where your bolts/screws slide in too.
