The files here include 4 different types of wheel. Two are an overall diameter of 95mm and the other two are based on a diameter of 120mm. All designs include mounting holes that match with the output of the Dynamixel AX-12A servomotor.They are intended to be cut from a billet using a laser cutter. I have cut versions of these wheels in 3mm and 6mm material, both acrylic and MDF. All are intended to be assembled in two or three laminated layers, fixed together with a 5mm machine screw. Note: That in each set, one of the fixing holes has been sized at 4mm. It can then be tapped out to fit the 5mm machine screw. If it were cut out to 4.5mm, it would probably screw straight in, like a Nyloc nut.
