Been working on the "Ultimaker 2 Aluminum Extrusion 3D printer" and wanted to use 2 Extruder-motors. Unless I did some vertical midle-bracing, I found best placement would be to have them both in the same side, with the 2 filament spools in the opposite side. I have titled the mount 22.5% degress and moved the motors a tad closer to the extrusion The piece of bowden-tubing is just to show filament path.
Added a guide on the mount (goes into the extrusion groove) to help fixing the mount in place, but don't really know if it mattersI printed layerheight 0,2. I recommend using 100% infill to make it sturdy.. I will work with like 20% but screws are going to dig into it... I recommend putting the cables from the motors into the groove in the extrusion.
