After reading all the great reviews on this cheap little DAP i bought one, and man are they right it sounds great with the built in Headphone Amp. But the one problem is its so dang small and smooth aluminum finish its easy to slip and drop it. The display sticks out farther then the buttons so dropping it is going to scratch or break the display before anything else. So made up this little case for it, all the openings are accessible, the Micro SD card slot, the reset hole, the Micro USB for charging and file transfer (made to fit the stock plug that comes on the cable with it) and also a hole for the headphone jack of course. Most headphone plugs should fit fine, i made it big enough for the sets i have. The front frame is attached to the box with four 1-72 18-8 Stainless Steel Cap Screws that i had available to me from another project. They weren't that hard to come by for me but you may need to sub in another screw type if you can't find something this small. The parts are made for a near tight fit, but if you print in ABS like i did scale the parts up 1% to allow a little shrinkage room, that should give you enough space to fit it onto the DAP.
