This is a variant of Nylocke's and Glacian22 EZFlex extruder. It is a direct replacement for Seemecnc's EzStruder. Designed for use with 1.75mm filament and a Nema 17 Planetary Geared Motor. Like Glacian22 extruder, it can handle flexible filaments very well. BOM: Printed Parts: NOTES: The hole where the bowden should go is 3mm in diameter. I've used a 3.9mm drill bit to make it big enough to get a very tight fit. Adjust your steps per mm in eeprom so when you tell to extrude 100mm it's literally 100mm. I have mine set to 440.50 with a MK7 gear from tridprinting.com Adjust the current for the Kysan motor. If you are using Repetier, in Configuration.h, change line 701, where motor current settings are defined. The array of settings is {X,Y,Z,E0,E1} so if you have the extruder connected in the stock manner, you want to change the E0 number. The value I set was 135 (0.75A)
