Things I've Made
About me
We run Makerbot Replicator 2X's and the Creator B9 dlp. This means we can offer tiny, highly detailed parts for jewellry right up to durable end use large plastic parts in ABS, and everything inbetween.
We can print down to layer heights of 0.1mm in ABS but this really isn't nesessary - it just takes longer and will cost you more! In our experiance printing at 0.2mm gives the best compromise, if you want smooth..? we also use vapour smoothing for a high gloss finish and can offer a liquid 'matting' treatment to truely represent an injection molded part. Got a small part with lots of detail ie jewelry? use our resin based system for print resolution of 0.05mm!
