I have a background in mechanical engineering. I use the 2 printers I have to print things for consulting and my own business, but often they are idle, and it would be great if I could get half of what these other people are charging to print things.

I have them dialed in for high accuracy, less than 0.1 mm on all dimensions, usually, however thermal contraction can cause problems with some geometries which are unavoidable in FDM printing. Skew is corrected for, linearity is very good, the usual "fatness" is gone from my printers.

I am also good with Fusion 360, but you should be aware that people often underestimate the difficulty of CAD. Same for printing, mind you.

I was a CNC machinist for a while, so I understand and respect accuracy. I mostly interested in making highly accurate functional parts while pushing the limits of geometry.
