I am an architecture student who happens to own a desktop 3D printer and more than happy to make it available to others and allow them to get their files printed.

The printer has a maximum print area of 210x200x200mm (x-y-z measurements).
Print resolution (layer height) can be set to either 300, 200, 100 micron (= 0.3, 0.2, 0.1mm). The smaller the value, the higher the resolution and the 'smoother' the object will be. I usually suggest lower resolutions for early stage prototypes and draft prints; in order to show smaller details on more intricate prints, a resolution of 100 micron is recommended.

Rest assured I only use high quality filaments produced by brands I trust.

As soon as your print is ready, I'll contact you and we can arrange the pickup.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Start up price is £2 per print. Minimum order value is £5.
2.Prices calculated on MakeXYZ are for prints with 15% infill and no support material. Therefore any extra for additional material needed to increase the infill or to print support material will be added when the file is reviewed for printability.
3. If the Hub considers removing the support material before delivering the print may be risky due to the shape and/or fragility of the object, the Hub reserves the right to deliver the print with the support material still on it.
4. Carlo's Hub takes no responsibility over detail loss when choosing a low or medium resolution. If you have small details which you want to be printed, a 100 micron resolution is suggested. Regardless of resolution settings, please be aware that some parts of small objects may not print accurately with FDM.
