I am a product developer with 8 years experience in Home, Health/Wellness, Pet, and Tool products.
I offer design, CAD and prototyping services, including 3D printing with a high resolution Objet Eden 250 printer. I can print your prepared STL file, or design, build in CAD, and then print it. I also offer post-printing finishing services such as painting, assembly, etc.

Important Notes:
1. The Objet machine uses an acrylic based UV-curing photo-polymer.
2. About quoting price: In order to be accurate, the cost engine needs to measure actual resin required to build the part independent of part shape, and then it has to measure resin required to build the support structure, which is a different cost, and is less. Support material is required for any part geometry not resting on the build surface. Some processes, mine included, can build without support, but only if the shape has a very gradual slope over unsupported geometry. I can accurately quote only once I have the stl files. Please use the makexyz quote engine as a preliminary guide. I will respond with actual quote after receiving the RFQ. Your final price may be higher or lower depending on part geometry and choices such as matte or glossy finish.

Charles responded very quickly and printed very quickly. There was an issue with his machine, which resulted in a part that had surface-finish imperfections, but Charles offered me the first print as a "mechanical", and printed me off a second part (for no additional charge) that had a better surface-finish. Communication is key, and Charles was great at that.
