I was very pleased with the printed objects from Charles. This was my first 3D printing project and as such my model had multiple deficiencies that complicated the printing process. Charles communicated multiple times throughout multiple printing attempts to suggest slight changes that would improve the result, and then ultimately showed me the multiple intermediate versions that led to the final printed version with the slight improvements. I now know how to improve the model so that the printer can more easily produce the best result the first time. I will continue to work on this project with Charles.

I worked with him on a printing job for our product prototype before production. He did an exceptional job, and went above and beyond to deliver a quality job for us. He worked with us like a team to improve the our product. He work ethics are exceptional and product delivery is above our expectations. He turned around time very quick. Great thing about him is that he gets involved in the process and comes out with great suggestion. I would highly recommend him for any 3 D printing job.

Charles , Did a wonderful job making a door handle part for my 1983 toyota. I delivered the part and he worked his magic in less than 12 hours. Price and timeliness was the best, He clearly beats all others I spoke to.

The work hat Charles did was fantastic. After sending him the correct file he was able to do the 3D printing with little to no issues at all. Because he wants to put out only the best printed product for his customers he actually made an extra piece for me because he wasn't too happy with how it came out. To me it would have been fine, but that speaks of his dedication and professionalism. I will be using Charles again when I start to modify this piece he 3D printed so it will fit even better. This man is truly my hero. He is able to accomplish miracles of engineering and printing that will truly give life to whatever you can imagine. I may he a bit grandiose in my description, but that is only because of the feeling of satisfaction at receive my final printed product.
