We specialise in FDM (Extruded Filament) printing in the following materials...

PLA - This is the default material for most prints - good for prototyping and general use around the home.

PLA+ (tough PLA) for when you want a bit more strength then standard PLA provides..

PETG - Higher heat resistance and improved properties for functional parts and prototypes. Because of its similar properties, this has become the preferred material over ABS in most cases.

ASA - Similar strength properties to ABS, with the added benefits of weather, UV and chemical resistance. Highly recommended for anything destined for the outdoors.

PC (Poly Carbonate) - Used for structural and fire resistant parts

Nylon (PA6/12) - Strong and durable with low friction coefficient, great for functional parts such gears, and if printed thinly, is flexible to suit living hinges. High heat resistant and flame retardant.

TPU - Flexible, rubber like properties. We can offer a range of flexible materials, depending on your requirements - From prototyping through to finished products.

We take care and pride in our work to ensure you receive a guaranteed, quality product. We will not ship or charge for any item that does not meet our exacting standards or we deem 'not fit for purpose' - we will also replace or refund any defective product within 3 months of purchase.

We only use quality brand named filaments, from manufactures such as BASF, DuPont, Aurarum (Aussie made), Overture, eSun, Bambu Labs etc.

2D and 3D design services are also available - we can work from photos, drawings or 3D scans to produce quality CAD models/drawings to exacting specifications. Outputs include 3D models in your chosen format (stl, obj, 3mf, step etc) or 2D drawings (dwg, dxf etc) to generate cut files for manual, CNC or Laser cutting.
