Crossfire Concepts is a new and innovative design company specializing in product development and prototyping. We pride ourselves on being the catalyst that transforms your ideas into reality. Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing are three essential aspects in product development that MUST be in order to come up with a new product.

Here is what we have to offer:

Design-
Whether you have a fully functioning product that just needs an update, or just an Idea that needs direction. We are at your service! From concept development to market strategy, product design to user experience, we can help your ideas become a reality.

Engineering-
With our Certified Professional Solidworks CAD, and CAM specialist, we want to ensure your Ideas not only works, but continue to work for years to come. We can bring your concepts off the page and into production ready designs, or reverse engineer your projects to create new and innovative solutions.

Manufacturing-
You have your idea, and you know it works, now it's time to make it real. CFC can fulfill many fabrication needs in house. Here are the tools we have:
• 3D printing using a MakerBot® Replicator 2X dual extrusion printer (Print 2 colors at once!)
o ABS plastic: Royal Blue, Fire Engine Red, Gray, White (natural), Glow in the dark, Bluejean (blue gray), Brown
o Nylon (Clear filament that can be dyed any color using fabric dye!)
o ABS/Nylon hybrid: Black
o Ninja Flex: Black
o Other colors and type of filament available upon request but will include a processing fee and extra week lead time.

• Full metal fabrication shop
o MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding
o Plasma and OXY/acetylene torch cutting.
o Grinding, Sanding, and much more?
o If in fact we don’t have the equipment necessary to build your prototype, not a problem. With over 15 years experience in metal fabrication, we have developed a strong network of machinists that can help.

Software Tools:
• Solidworks 2018- Certified Solidworks Associate in Mechanical Design (cert# C-YP6FS7L7XQ)
•Free Software: Meshmixer, MechLab, Blender, Sketchup, and Make 123d

File formats preferred: (If you don’t have one of the formats listed below, let us know, we can help!)
• .STL
• .DXF
• .SLDPRT or .SLDASM (Solidworks up to 2014)
• .XT
• .IGS
• .STP
• .OBJ

We understand that confidentiality is important when developing the “next big idea.” So we will happily sign any Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement you have.

Pricing:
3D Printing:
• ABS= $1.50/cm³
• Nylon or Ninja Flex = $2.00/cm³
• There is a printing hourly rate and file preparation fee as well but they vary from job to job.

CAD Design
• $50/hr for CAD modeling and file preparation.
o If your idea will involve a lot of CAD design work and 3d-printed prototypes, you may be eligible for up to 50% OFF the 3d-printed parts. Terms and conditions may apply.

Metal Fabrication prices will vary, please call for quote.
